Hello
I have a 2021 Kamiq with the Amundsen Infotainment system. When I go into System Information it shows Device part no, Hardware and Software versions etc, plus at the bottom Update Software. This doesn’t work and it’s booked in at the dealer with a £180 charge!
My question is-If there is no update available, should this screen be blank, or should I see a load of version numbers? All help gratefully received. Thank you

Has anyone with a new Kamiq experienced this issue ?
On 6th March I took delivery of my new Kamiq. At handover there was an issue with the Infotainment screen not responding when the salesman was showing me how it worked. A technician took seconds to sort it and I left the showroom. Within a week I had random faults with it not responding and eventually the garage diagnosed a defective screen and replaced it. Since then the “ new” screen has randomly faulted: not responding, doing something else eg selecting a random radio station instead of the one I pressed, failing to recognise Apple car play and eventually shutting down the heating / ventilation instead of responding to the “button” pressed. The garage had it back for two days this week and consulted Skoda HQ technical and were unable to replicate the random faults or find any fault with hardware or software. Anyone else had this?
