Hoping someone can advise. Ever since getting car last year car play will drop out for no apparent reason. It usually reconnects itself but once it didn’t. I have since bought a new iPhone and it dropped out yesterday. Anyone any ideas as to why that should happen. iPhones are all pretty consistent so connection should be stable.
Android Auto here, but yes the connection can be wobbly - both in establishing and maintaining. Given that sometimes the necessary systems don't start up at all on the Bolero unit (wireless greyed out as unavailable) I'm pretty certain it's the car side rather than the phone (so would probably affect any brand device), but my dealer has never been forthcoming with any kind of update to resolve.

I’m sure it is the car side and was hoping someone might know how to fix it. The worst experience was getting into the car and it refused to communicate with the phone at all and the display just shut down. Much button pressing got the Skoda sat nav map up but it is pretty useless for speed limit advisories and route selection ( for me anyway). I’ll drop into dealer next time in Glasgow and have a moan.
