I have a rattle from around the head unit 2023 SEL if I press the top of the dash in-between the head unit and virtual dash it stops

Only had the 2023 1.5 SE L for 4 days but I like it still getting to grips with the infotainment system ie how do you delete past user phones there does not seem away to do it and does the 12 month free Skoda connect get passed on to the new owner my car is 6 months old
