Dash screen playing up

Has anyone had issues with the dash display screen not working? A few weeks ago, the screen glitched when opening the door and just had a series of lines, various colours, from white to blue to green. Could still drive car, but just could not see what speed I was doing, the temp, gearing and revs. Have taken out the fuse, unplugged the negative part of the battery, now it works intermittently, mainly not working tbh
It's a 2020 plate, bought from a car showroom almost a year ago.
Live in Orkney, so not that easy to get to a Skoda garage, any help would be much appreciated
