Kamiq spare wheel query

I currently have a Seat Arona 1.0 FR with 17 inch alloys but am considering changing to a Kamiq later in the year. I bought a spare wheel kit for the Arona and wondered if it would also fit the Kamiq, being as they are both VAG group motors I was wondering if they had the same stud spacing etc. I appreciate this might be difficult question to answer as I don't yet know which model of Kamiq I would be buying but any suggestions appreciated.
