Reverse sound issue

Hi, i got my new kamiq essence for 2 months now. It is TSI engine 115 hp. So when i go in reverse there is a hiting sound i forward right wheel. I went to the dealer and they called it tehnical something which appears to be something that happens with kamiq model, also with scala and fabia models. It appears that when I go in reverse that the brake plate moves a little back and that is the sound. Did anyone had this issue? I allready made an appointment to do a check up.

My Kamiq does not do this but my wife’s Citigo does. It isn’t a problem as such. Only other car I have experience of this was a Honda CRV. It was just the pads moving in the carrier.
