Spare Wheel size

My kamiq came with a tyre inflation kit. I bought a 17 inch spare alloy with tyre, partially deflated it, and now it fits snugly in the well provided for the 16 inch spare. If I need to use the spare I'll just use the air compressor provided to re-inflate. Would probably work for a 18 inch spare too with just a little more deflation needed.
